So when I get asked about how I stay so happy all the time, my answer is "it's how I wake up in the morning"! I believe that this is the key to living the happiest days, every single day! I decided one day a very long time ago to say "Thank you" before I opened my eyes in the morning. This display of gratitude has revolutionised my life and how I feel about myself. The commitment to gratitude first thing in the morning is one of the most powerful alchemises of negativity I have ever experienced! I wasn't always as happy as I am now and during those times I kept trying all sorts of things to get me into that super fun, happy mindset and this is one thing that has stuck and that is so magical!

There's many other things that I do in the morning to ensure that I will have a joy-filled day. Meditation is another magical practice that will bring about the desired effect of happiness, contentment and serenity. What meditation actually does is give you this divine perspective that helps remove judgement and criticism of others. It gives you a higher perspective of life. It opens up a pathway to your higher self and spirit guides so that you can be in constant communication with them on your path. How does that sound??? Pretty cool hey?!
Staying In The Flow
SO what are some ways you would like to create for yourself to keep you on the path of happy? This is a unique and wonderful journey that you get to take, for you are the master creator of your reality, wanna make it awesome?!!! Then DO IT!!! You will thank yourself in years to come that you did this as your life will be so much more fulfilled from it!
