When you were young did your parents tell you you could do anything, be anything and succeed at anything you put your mind to? Or were they less than fabulous parents who focused more on themselves than on raising you? Well, I fall into the latter category. LOL!! I can laugh now but at the time it was really hard to see that the shit I was going through was going to benefit me BIG TIME later in my life! It took until I was 37 to realise I'd been doing it wrong for a very long time and that I had to change everything if I was to become the true star of my own life!! And this I did. I changed literally everything in my life. I stopped drinking and doing drugs, I stopped spending time with people who didn't care about me, including a psycho boyfriend who was mental AF!! LOL!! Again, I can laugh now!! I started making choices for myself that enabled me to grow some self-esteem, feel good about my position in life and helped to treat those around me with love and compassion, something that had eluded me for quite some time, almost 30 years!
How do you get there? How do you become the star of your life?

You must remember that you are the most amazing person! You're also the only one who can do you boo! So do you! What is it that you're craving to create in your life? Is it to live every moment in happiness with your family happy around you? Is it to travel the world alone, experiencing all the wonders the world has to offer? Is it to meet the person of your dreams and have kids? There's so many possibilities, you get to choose what you want to create, but a choice is what has to happen!! Change can be a scary thing. It's usually the first thing that has to happen before any great decision is put in motion. What is that one thing that once it's done will free you and change everything? Do it Gods and Goddesses, you deserve it!

Who is it that your childhood imagination wanted to create? Who's the hero that you forgot? When you were a child there were no boundaries, your imagination was wild and free, you believed that anything was possible then as you age, logic came in and ruined all the fun. How can you get back to that childlike wisdom and start to have fun again, start to create all that soul juice in your life that you're craving?!!!!
